Jo Owen from Professionals has been my landlord for the last three and half years. I first came into contact with her when looking at a property to rent being 3/8 Rise CCT, Pacific Pines 4211. At the time the property was in the process of being handed over to the owners as it was brand new. Jo was incredible in getting me access to the property and being able to move in ASAP. This was the first encounter I had with Jo going above and beyond in her role to assist me. Throughout the tenancy period she was easy to communicate with and organised any minor issues to be fixed very quickly. All extensions of my leases were done with ease. This year I was fortunate enough to be in a position to purchase my own home which in turn saw me need to break my lease. Jo went above and beyond to help me get someone to take over my lease. As soon as I provided the required paperwork she listed the property on real estate.com and every day was coming back and forth to bring people through. The effort she went to which saw someone take over my lease straight away was service I have never been privy to and I am forever grateful to her. If, in the future, I ever purchase an investment property, Jo will be the only agent I will have being in charge of leasing it. She is a credit to the Professionals group and if everyone provided the care and service she does, there would be no need to have complaints departments!
